Shipping Policy

We work mostly by order, please provide up to a week for your pieces to be made and processed. Every order takes 3-10 days to ship. Once your package has been shipped we will provide a Tracking Number so that you can trace your order.

Made by Fía is not responsible for incorrectly written addresses, once the package is in the mail we are not responsible. If the package is returned, the shipping cost will be charged again to the client.
